Mini toasts are placed at the top of the screen. The are right aligned with the grid.
Mini toasts sit 24px from the top of the screen. When a sticky header is present they sit 24px below the sticky header.
Guidelines for use
Purpose:
business.gov.au mini toasts are lightweight notifications that are fixed at the top of the screen.
Unlike modal notifications, mini toast notifications do not stop the user from viewing and using the page. They are temporary notifications that only appear for a short period and as such do not have a close button.
When to use this component:
- Used to display hints the user may find helpful with minimal disruption to the process.
- Used in the Employment Contract Builder to inform users a contract is autosaving.
