Page layout
The Adviser page uses the single column - information page layout.
A direct, short title that tells the user who the adviser is.
- Maximum character limit of 50.
A short paragraph explaining who the adviser can help and what they can help with.
A short paragraph that details what the adviser offers (e.g. support, services). Specific services are to be provided in a list.
- Use a bullet list to describe specific services
- Don’t hyperlink the headings
The cost of the adviser service. If the cost is unknown list the cost as 'Check with Adviser'.
Methods the service are delivered through. Options include:
- In person services
- Phone services
- Online services
- Home and workplace visits
The area serviced by the adviser.
Relevant contact information for each adviser .
- One type of contact info per line.
Guidelines for use
Purpose
An adviser page is a single page detailing one adviser per page.
It should always include:
- Any relevant contact information
- Brief description about the skills and background of the adviser (try to limit to paragraphs to keep it consistent with adviser s across all areas)
- A maximum 90 character metadata description for search (this does not appear on the page)
