  • any land that is owned, occupied, maintained, or managed by a local council.

Furniture includes:

  • tables
  • chairs
  • seats
  • umbrellas
  • planter boxes
  • heaters
  • booths or stalls
  • awnings
  • any other similar articles, or facilities.
