Public places are either:
- roads
- footpaths
- any land that is owned, occupied, maintained, or managed by a local council.
Furniture includes:
- tables
- chairs
- seats
- umbrellas
- planter boxes
- heaters
- booths or stalls
- awnings
- any other similar articles, or facilities.
