Overview
You will need this licence if you intend to supply alcohol at a one-off event or short series of events.
There are a number of event types that can be licensed:
- one-off events
- temporary increase of trading hours or licensed venue area
- theatre production or season
- point-of-sale for sporting events
- sell alcohol online, mail orders or gift hampers
- liquor festival or event
- all other events including seasonal events.
If more than 5,000 people will attend the event, you may need a major event liquor licence.
