Overview
The basic publication banner is shorter than the featured publication banner, and also creates a visual landing state for publication content and can be used on both one-page and chaptered publications.

- Image (with grey/blue gradient overlay)
- Primary blue banner (default when no image available)
- Title
- Summary
- Publish date (optional)
- Updated date (optional)

Entity bar: If a single entity is connected with the page content, the relevant entity bar can be used.
